How to Make a Complaint

Anyone who contacts Believesregardless Garage Doors should receive fair and honest treatment. If you did not, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may contact us about:

• How we handled your call or message
• How we treated your personal information
• Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
• How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one manages its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, first contact the provider directly. Keep written notes.

Then tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Believesregardless Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Filing Your Complaint

1. Your name and contact details 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number or form you used, if you know it 4. The provider's name, if you have it 5. What happened, and the result you would like

Our Next Steps

First, we confirm by email that we received your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. Next, we look into the matter. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply to our answer and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency, your state attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help.
